Our parishioners prepare all the Greek food in our kitchens that you will enjoy--- such as pastitchio, moussaka, dolmathes, lamb, souvlaki, gyros, salads, and roast chicken. The foods served are flavored with the right combination of aromatic ingredients and spices, including lemon, oregano, dill and special herbs …..it tastes just like what Yia Yia (grandma) makes!

AEGEAN CAFÉ FULL COURSE MEALS

All plates are served with Tiropita (Cheese Pie) and Spanakopita (Spinach Pie), Greek Salad & Roll.

Greek “Sampler” Plate:
Combines all the favorite dishes so you get a taste of everything! Includes pastichio, moussaka & dolmathes (stuffed grape-leaves).

Moussaka Plate:
Eggplant, ground sirloin, cheeses and béchamel sauce.

Pastichio Plate:
Ground sirloin, cheeses and béchamel sauce.

Dolmathes Plate:
Grape-vine leaves rolled with rice and ground sirloin topped with tzaziki.

Greek-style Chicken & Rice Plate:
Roasted chicken marinated in lemon sauce.

Lamb Shanks & Rice Plate:
Roasted Lamb Shank in a light tomato vegetable sauce.


OUTSIDE FOOD TENTS

Souvlaki Sandwich:
Chicken or pork kabob served in pita bread with tzaziki sauce and fixings.

Souvlaki on Skewer:
Marinated pork or chicken kabob served hot off the grill.

Gyro Sandwich:
Spiced meat thinly sliced and served in pita bread with tzaziki sauce and fixings.

Greek Salad:
Tossed greens with feta cheese, Greek olives, Salonika peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, Greek dressing and pita bread.

Saganaki:
Cheese set flaming just for you!


GREEK PASTRIES

Sweet and savory Greek Pastries are the most tantalizing specialty. Several are made of layer after layer of delicately thin “filo” pastry dough, light as onion skin, yet crunchy and flaky. Think Baklava.

And if you like Baklava, then a Baklava Sundae—ice cream served with crumbled baklava, whipped cream and chocolate syrup--- will be nostimos (delicious)!

You can indulge yourself with Baklava, Kataiffi, Kourabides, Meomakarona, Choc and Fruit Kok, Napoleon, Almond cookies, and Galaktoboureko… even if you can’t pronounce them.
