DANCE PERFORMANCES

Greek folk music consists of dance songs. It is open circle dance in which the leader expresses their emotions while the followers keep the rhythmic steps. The youth of our Church take pride in presenting some of the more traditional folk dances and hope you enjoy them!

CHURCH TOURS

These tours will acquaint the public with the rich symbolism that is linked to Orthodox Christian worship. Introduced to Greece by St. Paul over 2000 years ago Orthodoxy has sustained the practices of the early Church whose teachings were written in Greek; the predominant language of the times.

TOUR TIME: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 2:00pm & 4:00pm
WORSHIP SERVICE: 5:00pm each day


LIVE MUSIC

We are excited to have The Greek Company band perform at the Greek Fest this year! These five talented musicians from the Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio areas have been entertaining ethnic music fans for the past three decades. Combining the sweet sounds of bouzouki duets, the mesmerizing lilt of the keyboard and the hard-driving rhythm of the drums and the bass makes everyone want to dance. And of course, unleashing the hypnotic sounds of the clarinet and the violin brings back the Greek traditions that we’ve all grown to love.
